The final part of Dr Oz’s Day-Off Diet was the snacks. It’s important to add “MUFA” snacks which stands for mono-unsaturated fatty acids. Those snacks are the kinds that will blast away stubborn belly fat. MUFA’s make the food in your stomach stay there longer, which keeps you fuller and keeps you satisfied.
On the Day-Off diet, you’re allowed two MUFA snacks a day. Ignore the calories because it’s about the nutrients. MUFA snacks incude nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, and pecans, as well as avocado, a tablespoon of peanut butter, olives, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

As for how to get back on track after your day off, it’s about understanding some of the side effects and staying positive. Just stay focused even if you’re a little bloated and don’t give up!
