Dr Oz: Low Testosterone Signs
Today Dr. Oz is talking about something called Low “T”, or low testosterone, which is a medical problem that both men and women need to know about because it could kill your relationship.
Dr Oz: The New Naked Review
Dr. Harry Fisch, author of The New Naked, says testosterone is the most important hormone a man has because it impacts his entire body. He adds that most men with Diabetes have low testosterone, but they do not even know it. The biggest sign of low testosterone is a lack of interest or ability to make love, which can have a huge impact on a man’s relationship.
Dr. Oz says while it is normal for testosterone levels to decrease as men get older, it is not normal for it to happen too quickly. Here are a few signs to be aware of that might reveal your partner has low testosterone.
- Overweight with “man boobs”
- Exhaustion or fatigue
- Low sex drive
Dr Oz: Eating Pizza Causes Low Testosterone?
Dr. Fisch says the most obvious sign a man probably has low testosterone is if he has a big belly. As a matter of fact, he says the bigger the belly, the lower the testosterone because belly fat literally squeezes testosterone from the body. The good news is there is help to build up your testosterone and it starts with the foods you eat.
- Breads, cookies, pizza, pasta, and cake are all foods that hinder a man’s ability to have an erection so Dr. Fisch recommends removing them from his diet. If a man eliminates these foods his testosterone will start to go up naturally.
- Add more zinc to your diet by taking a multivitamin.
- Get more sleep.
- Intense exercise.
