Dr. Oz: Is Gray Hair in Style?
Dr. Oz talked to hair stylist expert Rodney Cutler, who said there’s lots of myths surrounding gray hair, like if you pluck one, seven will grow back. That’s not true. There’s also plenty of celebrities who purposefully dyed their hair gray. Kelly Osborne dyed her hair gray and Diane Keaton naturally went gray. Deanna said she’s not into that. She wants the gray gone.
Dr. Oz: Argan Oil Review
If you really want to get rid of it, Rodney recommends Argan Oil. Argan Oil nourishes, moisturizes, and adds richness to color. Apply it evenly to damp or dry hair and let it dry naturally.
Danielle was in the audience and she’s been using Argan Oil. She said she’s been using Argan Oil for about three years. She found that the more she uses it, the more her gray hairs calm down and act like the rest of her hair.
Dr. Oz: Hair Mascara Review
The next solution is to cover up the gray hair in between salon visits. You can use hair mascara for this. Choose a color similar your natural hair. All you have to do is brush it right on. It’s easy to use and it’s not damaging. Just carry it around in your handbag. Make sure to get the right color and test it before you go in public.
Dr. Oz: Violet Shampoo
You also might want to try violet shampoo, which will help neutralize the yellow of your gray hairs and help your hair look more silvery and beautiful. If you have very white hair, you don’t want to use this. Test it first if your hair is more white. Also make sure to only use this once or twice a week.
