Since then, Shoneji has lost 15 pounds and Catarah has lost 11 pounds. Shoneji said the day after she left Dr. Oz, she started the three-day sugar detox and it was hard for her. She didn’t know what to do or what to substitute for sugar when she got cravings.
Dr. Oz took them to the truth tube and revealed that when they started, Catarah was eating 136 grams of sugar. Now, she’s eating 61 grams of sugar. For Shoneji, she was eating 135 grams of sugar and now she’s eating 59 grams.
