- 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup chopped Dill
- Boil potatoes. Strain and let cool enough to handle.

Dr Oz: Beer-Marinated Top Sirloin Steak Dinner
Meat is the star of many summer barbecues, and Dr Oz had a favorite choice since he knows not everyone is going to skip the steak. A three-ounce serving of Top Sirloin Steak, he said, will give you half the calories compared to a loaded burger, along with more protein than burgers or other red meats.
In a surprising twist, Dr Oz said price research found that top sirloin is cheaper than most burgers. He recommended marinating the steak in beer to lower your risk of cancer-causing compounds sometimes created in grilled meats.
Dr Oz: Coconut Ice Cream Fiber Content
Finally, Dr Oz got to everyone’s favorite summer dessert: Ice Cream. He recommended eating Coconut Milk Ice Cream, which has approximately half the calories of other ice creams. Eat it on a sugar wafer cone, which is low in calories.
Look for Coconut Milk Ice Cream with no added sugar. It also contains 10 grams of Fiber. Since it’s dairy free, there are no worries about bloating either!
