Dr Oz: Glucomannan, Grapeseed Oil & Griffonia Simplicifolia

Dr Oz: Top 4 Appetite Suppressants

Are you tired of feeling hungry all day long? On today’s show, Dr Oz revealed the top 4 appetite suppressants (Glucomannan, Grapeseed Oil, Griffonia Simplicifolia and Cento Pine Nuts) to help you feel satisfied all day long so you’ll lose the weight. Doctor Oz showed you how to get your weight under control once and for all! Put down those chips, get off the couch and check out how to lose weight with all-natural appetite suppressants.

Dr Oz's Appetite Suppressants include Glucomannan, Grapeseed Oil, Griffonia Simplicifolia and Cento Pine Nuts.

Dr Oz: Appetite Suppressants

You’ve been fighting your fat all season long. For the first time ever, Dr Oz revealed the best appetite suppressants to help you lose the weight. If you can’t stop eating, then this show is definitely for you!

Dr Oz: Glucomannan Review

Michelle, an audience member, said she was always hungry. Her hunger started mid-day and just took over from there. (How many of you had this feeling?) Michelle told Dr Oz that she went to eat a quick, healthy meal but ended up eating six 100-calorie snack packs. (Oh boy, been there, done that one too!)

Glucomannan comes from konjac plant. Dr Oz referred to glucomannan as “Nature’s Get Skinny Sponge”. It contains soluble fiber to make you feel full, but without the gas or bloating. For maximum effect, take 1 g glucomannan 3 times per day before meals. It clumps up in your stomach to make you feel full. Dr Oz says this should be added to your already healthy diet. It comes in powder, supplement and noodle form. Put the powder into your green drink or a breakfast shake. (Protein shakes are good too!) In noodle form, eat it like regular pasta. (Dr Oz warned to chew it slowly because it has mass to it.) Take the supplement with a full glass of water.

Dr Oz: Grapeseed Oil Appetite Suppressant

If you’re a Dr Oz Fan, you’ve definitely heard him talk about grapeseed oil. As an appetite suppressant, it slows down the stomach from emptying. For maximum effect, take 2 tsp 2 hours before lunch every day. The grapeseed oil will coat the lining of the stomach and churn food slower to expand your stomach, which makes you feel full. Michelle tried the grapeseed oil said it had an “interesting taste” and she could “take it.” (Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing!) In any case, she agreed to try it for at least 2 weeks.

Dr Oz: Griffonia Simplicifolia Review

Griffonia Simplicifolia comes from the West African shrub and helps the body to form serotonins. Doctor Oz explained that the brain contains serotonin when you feel satiated. (I know, I’m as happy as a pig in slop when I have a full belly!) When you’re hungry, you’re mostly craving serotonin (and not just that bag of cookies) to fill up that section of the brain. For maximum benefit, take 200 mg of griffonia simplicifolia per day. Check with your doctor if you are taking SSRI or MAOI medication.

Dr Oz: Cento Pine Nuts Appetite Suppressant

Dr Oz says pine nuts turn off the hunger hormones in the body. Pine nuts contains the highest protein content of any nut. For maximum effect, take a shot glass full (of pine nuts and not vodka!) before you eat breakfast in the morning. Pine nuts contain pinolenic acid, which helps you feel full. Studies indicate that 36% of those who eat pine nuts craved less food. Michelle stated that she thought nuts contained more calories, but Dr Oz reassured that the calories from pine nuts will make it easier not to eat the other calories you would’ve consumed throughout the day.

Dr Oz gave the entire audience cans of Cento Pine Nuts.

Even though it elongates the churning time making you feel full, does the grapeseed oil then slow down your metabolism too? Cause that would not be a helpful in trying to loose weight
