But there are common misconceptions about the vegan diet that Dr Oz wanted to tackle, while sharing his Beginner’s Guide to Going Vegan. Going vegan means giving up everything that comes from animal. Dr Oz spoke to Terry Hope Romero “The Latina Vegan” about why she chose to go vegan. She explained that she simply loved the way she felt on a vegan diet, just like the 3.7 million Americans who also follow a vegan diet.
