Dr. Oz: Total Choice Diet
Dr. Oz talked on his show today about the Total Choice diet, a brand new diet that lets you eat lots of mouthwatering meals while still promising you’ll lose weight. Is it too good to be true?
This diet has over 100 meal options that add up to the exact perfect calorie count. You choose the meals that fit your cravings and the pounds will start to shed off. Dr. Oz has been developing this diet for months with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic’s Wellness Institute.

If you’re feeling like Italian, this diet lets you have pizza, chicken parm with spaghetti, and meatball subs. If you’re feeling Chinese, there’s stir fry. There’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack, and dessert. All you have to do is customize your day.
Dr. Oz: Eat 1200 to 1600 Calories a Day
Dr. Oz talked to Dr. Michael Roizen and Dr. Kristin Kirkpatrick, who shared the specifics of the diet. The diet lets you choose between 1200 calories and 1600 calories a day. That’s all the calorie counting you’ll have to do. Dr. Kirkpatrick said that most people underestimate how much they eat. It’s important to know how much you eat to maintain, gain, or lose weight.
For this diet, these calorie amounts will help you lose weight. If you start at 1200 calories and you need a little more, you can bump up to 1600 and still lose weight. Dr. Oz said he doesn’t like counting calories.
Dr. Roizen promised that if people stay on this, they’ll lose a pound to a pound and a half every week.
