Dr Oz: Low Triglycerides Curb Hunger
A breakthrough study has concluded that high Triglycerides block the hormones that tell the brain you are full. They keep hunger going, which means you end up eating a lot more than you might have wanted or expected to.

Dr Oz Triglyceride Foods: Olive Oil
Olive Oil is a monounsaturated fat that can naturally lower your Triglycerides. Instead of butter or shortening, use four to six tablespoons of Olive Oil per day, which will also make you feel full after a meal.
Dr Oz Triglyceride Foods: Resveratrol from Grape Skins
Grapes are a great fruity snack, and they contain a compound that is found in a medication used for high Triglycerides. The skins also contain Resveratrol, which can help to cut the appetite. Eat one bunch of grapes per day, but don’t get them from your wine if you want to lower your Triglycerides.
“Pick the foods that you like that happen to be really good for your Triglycerides,” Dr Oz said.
Dr Oz: Black Beans Lower Triglycerides
Beans are a great food for many reasons, and lowering your Triglyceride levels is just one of them. Try 1/2 cup Black Beans per day, which are high in fiber, Cannellini Beans, or Dark Red Kidney Beans.
Dr Oz: Spinach for Triglycerides
You can eat as much Spinach as you want. It contains healthy Alpha Lipoic Acid, which is good for lowering your numbers by as much as 30%. Try sauteing it in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Combine all these foods into a delicious entree to get great healthy benefits. Serve salmon with olive oil and beans on a bed of spinach with a side of grapes. That sounds delicious, and it’s great for you!
