Dr Oz: Health Sabotage
Toxic Sabotagers are people in your life who stand in the way of your happiness, according to Dr Oz. But this behavior is not just confined to family. Friends can be guilty as well, like in the story of Tynetta and Toni.
Dr Oz: Weight Loss Frenemy

Dr Oz talked with two longtime friends and co-workers who are at odds over their weight loss buddy system, which only allowed one of them to lose weight.
These two women work together and hang out together, but Tynetta thinks Toni might be more of a frenemy. They started a weight loss program together, but Tynetta gained 20 pounds while Toni lost that much.
Toni also brings snacks to the office, but she said that it’s Tynetta’s fault if she cannot stop snacking. “I realized that my failure makes her feel like more of a success,” Tynetta said. Toni just thinks that her friend is jealous.
Dr Oz: Weight Loss For Cholesterol & Blood Pressure
With her cholesterol and blood pressure up, Tynetta is concerned about her health. I am more concerned about these re-enactments, such as the story of the time Toni brought a cake to work and took a picture of Tynetta eating it.
Tynetta said she and Toni spend so much time together and have such a great friendship that she wants to get past this. “She’s always been there, and that’s all I know,” she said.
Toni claimed that she doesn’t control her friend, and even pointed out that Tynetta brings in snacks too. She said she has tried to remind her friend to stop snacking, but I guess she does it in a mean way sometimes, by making a face.
Dr Oz: Co-Workers Weight Loss Buddy System
Toni also admitted that she has commented on her smaller size clothes around the office. But their co-workers know that both women were working together on a weight loss plan. Tynetta thinks that Toni is happy to see Tynetta gaining weight, but her friend insisted that was not true.
Doctor Oz reminded everyone about Tynetta’s health concerns. “I want her to succeed. I want her to lose the weight,” Toni said, adamant in supporting her friend. But she thinks her friend has trouble moderating herself around the office when there are snacks up for grabs.
Dr Oz: Zumba Class Fail
Tynetta recalled a time in Zumba class when she could not do the move and had to tweak the routine. Back at the office, Toni demonstrated Tynetta’s moves to their co-workers. According to Tynetta, Toni can eat more junk food than she can. Who do you think is in the wrong between these two friends?
