1. Make Your Own Face Mask – make a mask out of honey (a great moisturizer), yogurt (lactic acid exfoliates wonderfully), and a banana.
2. Try Interval Training – work out for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat. This really helps to boost your weight loss!
3. Use Foods To Lower Cholesterol – Olive Oil and Tomato Sauce are miracle workers for lowering cholesterol.
