Dr. Oz: 5 Moves to Burn Fat
Dr. Oz talked to his own personal trainer, Joel Harper, who had five moves for burning fat. Each move takes only one minute, which means the whole thing takes five minutes. This means anyone can do it and no one has any excuses.
Dr. Oz: Knee Swivels
Dr. Oz invited some women from the audience to help them out. The first move was Knee Swivels. Stand straight up, put your palms together, and lift one of your knees straight up. Put your foot on the side of your calf and move your leg to the side and back to the center. Once you have the balance on that, start moving your hands in the opposite direction back and forth. Then, switch legs.
Dr. Oz: Knee Bounces
Then, come down to your mat and get down on all fours. Put your knees under your hips. Raise your knees into the air, a few inches about the mat, then bounce the knee up and down. Keep your elbows soft, because you want to use your muscles and not your joints.
Dr. Oz: Super Reaches
Then lay flat on your stomach on your mat. Stretch your arms all the way up in front of your, then bring them all the way back. Make sure to raise your feet off the ground at the same time.
Dr. Oz: Flabby Arm Evaporator
Next, sit with your feet flat on the ground in front of you and put your hands flat on the ground behind you with your fingers pointing toward your tailbone. Lift your butt up and then drop. Repeat lifting and dropping.
Dr. Oz: The Hammock
Next, stay in that position. Rest your right foot on your left knee, turn your fingers the opposite way, away from your tailbone, and bounce with your foot on your knee. Then switch your legs and bounce some more.
Make sure to always do these exercises in this order, because they work every muscle from every angle and certain muscles are warmed up in the early exercises that you’ll need later.
