Dr Oz: Shaun T CIZE Home Workout Program
Shaun T has sold more than 10 million exercise DVD’s and now his latest exercise craze, CIZE is gaining popularity in the fitness world. Shaun joined Dr Oz to reveal his five-minute butt-blasting workout to help you get toned, fit, and slim by setting aside just five minutes at a time. Shaun knows that people know him for making them push their limits, which is why he wanted to share a program that would allow people to have fun while working out. He went as far as to say that you may even forget you’re working out, as the weight just falls off!
He also shared that a lot of people who follow the program don’t even realize how hard they’re working while following his new program. To make a program work and find success, Shaun said the number one rule is to avoid starving yourself. Most people will starve themselves for so long that they’ll eventually binge eat, which makes things worse. You should also eat what you like to eat. It’s important to enjoy what you’re eating!
Shaun also suggested everyone “do what you like, not what you’re told.” It’s also important to take things one step at a time and record each positive result. Take note of what made you feel good and what helped you progress, and remember to do those things again moving forward.
Dr Oz: Dance To Get Fit & Lose Weight
Dr Oz then brought Shaun over to where four women were ready and excited to test out a few moves from CIZE. If you want to look good in your jeans, bikini, or whatever it is you’re wearing, try the “Ride the Car” move. Bend at the knees then thrust your arms out forward as if you’re gripping the steering wheel. Crunch forward with your abs with every movement, keeping your knees bent. It’s a full body workout that feels a lot more like a dance move!
Then bring your feet together and do a mini hop-squat to warm up your quads. All you need is just two inches of motion to feel a burn in your quads! Dr Oz seemed to be having a whole lo of fun, although he certainly didn’t look at natural as Shaun. Transition into two side hops before driving your inner knee upward on the third hop. Just keep moving in sync with the music, before you go into lunges with a forward punch. It’s all about constant movement with moves that work your legs, arms, and core!
