Would you take a supplement before you exercise if it could help you burn up to 42% more fat during your workout? Jorge Cruise, author of The Belly Fat Cure Sugar & Carb Counter, told Dr. Oz that even if you do not like to exercise, you can take the capsicum extract and still burn calories while at rest. That puzzled Dr. Oz, but Jorge explained that it still stimulates your metabolism whether you are exercising or not, although he did say that working out will give you the most benefit.
- Exercise about 1 hour after taking Capsicum Extract
- Take about 200 MG, less if you are sensitive to spicy foods
