Dr Oz: Ladder Run With Dumbbell Squats
The first exercise you can do is the ladder run with dumbbell squats. Start by running in place and then run through a ladder lying on the ground and try to hit each square with your feet. Then at the end of the ladder, with dumbbells in hand, do a “pulse” squat. Instead of squatting all the way down to 90 degrees, go down about half way and then make small up and down movements to really feel the burn in your glutes. Do that for a minute and repeat three more times for a total of four sets.
Jorge Cruise is the author of “Tiny and Full.”

Fortunately for us, he was also going to share his ab regiment to reveal how he manages to keep his washboard abs.
