Dr. Oz, complete with a helmet and elbow pads, did a roller skate workout today with Richard Humphrey and the Sisters in Motion.
Here are a few of the steps that Richard Humphrey taught Dr. Oz:
– “Calm Boy”: step side to side
– “Shimmy”: move your arms like you are driving a big truck
– “Heels Out”: move your heels out
– “Heels In”: move your heels in
But remember, all of this is done with roller skates on… Looks super fun!
