    Dr. Oz,
I personally do not eat burgers at ANY fast food place. I Love McDonalds Sausage & Egg McMuffin for breakfast and their biscuit and gravy tho I normally don’t have it because of the fat. I love the Nacho Bell Grande at Taco Bell and I don’t do KFC anymore since I heard that their boneless chicken is not all chicken. One place I do love to go is Captain D’s for their White Fish (which I wish I knew wha kind of fish it is.) and I do like their Shrimp.Top that with a healthful salad and there’s 500 cal. or less.
