Eat one red fruit or vegetable with each meal – Pomegranate, beets or apples. Not only are these foods healthy for you, but they will also help to ground you and bring balance to your root chakra.
Dr. Chaudhary says repeating a mantra is also helpful to make you feel more grounded.

When it comes to your sacral chakra, which is connected to fertility and reproductive function, think of adding orange foods to your diet.
Add one orange fruit or vegetable to each meal and try a “Mudra” for about 10 minutes, which is a hand gesture that creates an energy block and allows energy to flow throughout your body.

Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary says if you have problems with digestion or self-esteem, you can balance your solar plexus chakra by eating foods that are yellow, as well as complex carbohydrates.

She says you basically want to eat foods that will spend some time in your digestive system, being especially careful to avoid white sugar.
