Dr Oz: Which Is Healthier, A Sandwich Or A Wrap?
Wait a minute! Which is healthier, a wrap or a sandwich? Rhenotha revealed that two slices of bread is 70-280 calories while a tortilla is 170-200 calories. Dr Oz joked that the wrap you’re eating, may have a rap sheet. What he means is, there could be all sorts of ingredients in that tortilla.
Additionally, a tortilla has a lot of surface area, which means you could load up on so many condiments that it would practically be the same as having your own pizza. So it makes sense that a sandwich would have less calories than a wrap loaded with condiments and sandwich toppings.

I’m sure it all comes down to what you’re actually putting on the sandwich, but when push comes to shove, you’re typically much better off going with a sandwich!
