Dr. Oz invited 4 leading nutritionists to reveal what they like to eat when no one is watching! He says their choices even surprised him, but let’s face it, not every person can eat perfectly healthy all of the time, right? Plus, it is just not fun if you cannot indulge every once in a while, so here we go!
- Kate Geagan says she loves nachos and it does not matter what is on them because she loves them many different ways, plus they do have some healthy attributes to them, such as the veggies and beans.
- Dr. Rovenia Brock revealed her favorite treat, which is caramel apples coated in nuts. She says they are absolutely decadent and she treats herself every single fall, but they do provide a little health benefit. First, the apples are loaded with fiber and the nuts are a great source of protein.
- Nutritionist Samantha Heller told Dr. Oz she absolutely loves pasta, vegetables and tofu topped with sour cream, but not low-fat sour cream because Samantha says the full-fat sour cream tastes best when indulging.
- Heidi Skolnik revealed that her absolute favorite way to treat herself is by eating a burger. Heidi says eating a burger would not be complete without french fries on the side, which she says you should always share so you do not overdo it while indulging.
