He first helped a mom of four who has been struggling to lose the last bit of weight she’s been hanging onto. Because she loves to eat oatmeal in the morning, Dr Oz suggested she add a spoonful of chia seeds to the bowl every morning. Chia seeds are high in fiber to keep your full and promote fat loss.

Another woman admitted that she was tired of the same salad day after day, and said she had been using fat-free ranch or fat-free blue cheese. When she asked her mom, her mom suggested avocado oil. She takes a spoonful of avocado oil and mixes it with two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to make a healthier, tasty salad dressing.
Then, a woman who referred to herself as a carb-free diet dropout. Dr Oz suggested a spoonful of vinegar before her meal, especially a meal that contains carbs. Vinegar has proven to help regulate blood sugar, because it calms down insulin levels naturally. Basically, vinegar helps prevent your body from turning carbs into fat.

Next, if you struggle with cravings, especially those cravings for something sweet or salty. Dr Oz had even more spoon hacks thanks to a Pinterest queen, to help you satisfy those cravings in a healthier way. If you’re craving something sweet, try the Yo-Fruit Spoon. Add Greek yogurt to a spoon, then top with your favorite fruit and put it in the freezer for an hour to freeze or enjoy right away.
If you’re craving something salty, try a Nut and Chocolate Spoon. You can use peanut butter, almond butter, or any kind of nut butter you want. You first need to set the nut butter in the freezer for 30 minutes, then melt some dark chocolate. Dip the spoonful of frozen peanut butter into the melted chocolate and enjoy!
