Dr Oz: ‘Truth Tube’ Changes Lives
Dr. Oz says numbers do not lie, so when he invites guests to step into his “Truth Tube”, it is a chance for them to get honest and transform their health. Many did just that when they lost weight and got healthy while inspiring others to do the same.
One couple shared how they were both unhealthy and overweight, but when a hurricane destroyed their home things got much worse until they saw an episode of the Dr. Oz Show when he warned about the danger of belly fat. That day they decided to change their lives and get healthy. Together they wrote down recipes shared by Dr. Oz and today as they stand on his stage they have lost over 300 pounds together! They both say you need to first recognize that you are worthy of something better and then set small goals so you do not get discouraged.
Dr Oz: Eat Fat to Lose Fat
Dr. Oz’s guests say the key to their combined weight loss success was the motto “you have to eat fat to lose fat” and it really does work, especially if you take away the bad fats and replace them with healthy ones.
