Dr. Oz: Apple Cider Vinegar Foot Wash
Dr. Oz asked his viewers to submit plenty of ideas about apple cider vinegar. The response was very strong and Dr. Oz shared some of these ideas. Shannon uses Apple Cider Vinegar to wash and deodorize her feet.
She pours 1/4 apple cider vinegar to a basin of water. Sometimes, she adds some lavender oil to it as well. She soaks her feet for 15 to 20 minutes and it feels very refreshing. She doesn’t rinse her feet after, but you can if you feel like it.
Dr. Oz: Apple Cider Vinegar for Cleaning
Omangi is another woman with an idea for apple cider vinegar. She uses it to clean. She just adds 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar to a spray bottle and dilutes it with water. Spray it on the surface and just wipe it off. You can use it for windows, mirrors, eyeglasses, and even wood furniture.
Dr. Oz: Apple Cider Vinegar Weed Killer
Michelle loves to use apple cider vinegar as a natural weed killer. Just use it to spray the weeds right down where they meet the soil. It’s great because it’s not a chemical pesticide. Try not to spray your flowers or vegetables, however.
Dr. Oz: Tracking App Messages
Dr. Oz also shared the story of an athlete who used a cell phone in an effort to land a job. He wanted to get a job with a fitness tracking company. In order to impress them, he used their app to track his running route on his smartphone. Dr. Oz said this was clever and the guy deserved the job.
A cyclist also used a tracking app to purpose to his girlfriend. He biked 18 miles and burned 749 calories in 80 minutes so he could spell out “Marry Me Emily?”
