Dr. Oz talked to the host of Inside Edition, Deborah Norville, about the biggest celebrity health headlines. Deborah said that in today’s age, there’s a lot of information coming at people about celebrities and many people want to know about them.

Dr. Oz: Bobbi Cristina’s Coma

The first celebrity health headline was a disturbing one. Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina was found face down and not breathing in her own bathtub one month ago. The rumor is that her family might take her off life support. Deborah said this is a terrible situation, coming almost three years to the day Whitney Houston was found in a very similar way, in a bathtub. Deborah said the family has specifically said they didn’t want information getting out and that they wanted people to pray for her.

Bobbi Kristina has been in a medically induced coma for over a month. Recently, doctors attempted to take her out of this coma, but she started having seizures. So that hasn’t worked. Another report said that a breathing tube has been put into her throat.

Dr. Oz said if she indeed has been in a coma this whole time, it does predict a poor outcome.

Dr. Oz: Did Kendall and Kylie Jenner Have Plastic Surgery?

Recently, Kendall and Kylie Jenner have also been making headlines because some are speculating they might be having plastic surgery.

Deborah said that Kendall is 19 and is the age of maturity to make these decisions for herself, so that rumor isn’t as concerning as the one about Kylie Jenner having surgery, because she’s only 17 and would need parental permission. Deborah also said that to her, it didn’t look like Kendall had plastic surgery anyway.

Kylie Jenner’s before and after pictures seemed to indicate a big difference. Deborah said she thought she’d had a lot done. As a mom, Deborah said it made her sad that a parent would give permission for something like that.

For the record, Kylie denies that she’s had anything done. Dr. Oz asked a professional plastic surgeon to weigh in, who said Kylie’s lips are now definitely wider and fuller. She also said the middle third of the nose appears to be narrower and finer than when she was younger. The cheeks are also more defined.

Dr. Oz asked the audience if they’d let their teen get plastic surgery and 92 percent said no, indicating they agreed with Deborah’s opinion.
