Dr. Oz: Blackstrap Molasses For Energy
Dr. Oz talked about his energy kit to help women revitalize themselves. He talked to top doctors to create this energy kit, a kit he said every woman needs this season. First, Sarah told him she works crazy hours and her biological clock isn’t cooperating with her. Dr. Oz’s energy solution for her was blackstrap molasses. Dr. Oz asked her to try drinking it. She said it wasn’t bad, but she gave kind of a bad expression after tasting it.

Dr. Oz gave his energy kit tips for women to use to revitalize their energy levels, including eating hard-boiled eggs as a snack.
Blackstrap molasses has plenty of iron and when we have iron, we have more energy. Iron helps create more red blood cells, important for revitalizing our energy levels. Dr. Oz recommended taking it first thing in the morning.
Dr. Oz: Matcha Tea to Help with Sleepiness
Alina just went back to being a nurse after 10 years of staying home with her kids. She can’t get used to it, especially since she works night shifts. Dr. Oz recommended she drink Matcha Tea or Matcha Powder. It’s full of nutrients and it gives you about six hours of vital energy. It also won’t give you the jittery side effects, which is important for nurses who might be trying to take people’s blood.
Dr. Oz: Hard-Boiled Eggs for Energy
The next woman said she felt like a “drained battery” a lot of the time because of her low energy. Dr. Oz said hard-boiled eggs are a great source of vitamin B12, a critical nutrient to help red blood cells function better. Human bodies actually can’t make their own B12, we have to eat it. Dr. Oz suggested we make a dozen of these on the weekend and package them up so they can be a snack during the week.
Dr. Oz: Cardamom for Energy
The next woman said her energy was “non-existent”. Dr. Oz recommended she try cardamom spice, because they help open up the blood vessels in the body. This is key for helping to revitalize your circulation. Dr. Oz said cardamom is found in regular grocery stores throughout the country.
