What about lemon, I read where daily lemon juice especially at night will detox your body and help you loose weight. I am trying it and so far I have lost bloat and I tried a lot of supplements that failed to help me for long. There is also something called the lemon diet. Therefore I no longer use vinegar on salads I use lemon and drink not just water but lemon water. I just began this so I can’t say anymore but it’s worth a try. Tuscan Kale salad is great and so is fennel and celery salad sliced thin both have parmesan and breadcrumbs (I use panko) with lemon and olive oil. Great for a snack.
