I was watching Dr. Oz’ show the other day when he interviewed the lady who only “pooped” ONCE A WEEK! OMG….
Have these people never seen a monkey in the zoo??? The monkey diet is FRUIT!!! Fruit actually makes you…. and the monkeys poop!
My husband is a retired physician who “invented” what I call “The Hosenator” 35 or 40 years ago, and constipation has never existed in our lives! It consists of a simple shower diverter and 3/8-inch vinyl tubing – which can be purchased from Home Depot. Simply divert the water from your shower head to the vinyl tubing, while sitting on the commode, and “rinse out” any poop that is stuck! It is not necessary to insert the tubing, the water will naturally flow inside with the proper amount of pressure, and then after 2 or 3 seconds, expel the water. Just repeat the short rinse until all the poop is gone! This rinses out the sigmoid portion of the colon where colorectal cancer begins; preventing buildup, and the subsequent re-absorption of toxins.
This way you not only go when you want to…… not in the middle of class, or a business meeting! … but you are removing the cause of the constipation! ….. not waiting another 10 or 12 hours for some fiber or something else to go thru your system, and hopefully help.
If you are not very adept at plumbing, these kits are available for purchase.
I urge you to take control of your health!!

Dr. Oz….I see that you are advertising Metamucil. This product has aspartame in it, which I believe is not healthy, to say the least….
kim says
Dr Oz is obviously getting paid by Metamucil to promote it. Metamucil is GARBAGE with all kinds of added ingredients that your body does not want, including aspartame. Why not just take regular the all natural psylium husk? It works amazingly well. Get the natural one and mix it with OJ in the morning and your good to go.
