I have to admit that I have always been a huge fan of The Biggest Loser television show. I find the contestants inspirational and the trainers motivational, but mostly I love to see people change their lives and get healthy. On the next Dr. Oz show he is sharing The Biggest Loser’s Secrets to Lose Weight. If you watch the show you can see that they work really hard and eat really well, but have you ever wondered what it is really like to live on the ranch and be away from your family while devoting much of your day to exercising?
