Dr. Oz: Eating Bugs for Breakfast
Dr. Oz will kick off his show with a segment on bizarre health behaviors. He’ll assemble a team of panelists to discuss issues like whether eating bugs for breakfast is a good idea and why we should (or shouldn’t) do it. I don’t know. I think this one is a pretty clear cut no. I don’t care how much protein there is in bugs. It weirds me out.
Plus, how many humidifiers are really necessary? Dr. Oz will talk to someone who uses 20 humidifiers just to go to sleep. Excessive? I’d say so. I think more than one is excessive. Why not just sleep in a swamp if you want that much humidity? Find out more on June 9, 2015.
Dr. Oz: Why Do We Crave Certain Foods?
Dr. Oz will also look at why we crave certain foods and what might be going on for us emotionally when we reach for the bag of potato chips or the chocolate bar. It turns out that there might be specific emotions tied to specific foods. Some foods are great for comforting you when you’re lonely and others your body craves to calm you down from anger.
Tune into Dr. Oz on June 9, 2015, when he has all of this and many more segments. And be sure to let us know in the comments which segment you’re most looking forward to!
