Dr. Oz: Myths About Detoxing
Dr. Oz will discuss all the myths surrounding detoxing. It’s a huge subject and a word that’s often thrown around. Detoxing from sugar, from cigarettes, from alcohol, and even just detoxing from vaguely defined “toxins” in our diet. What’s really going on here? When we think of detoxing, we usually think about starving ourselves and drinking plenty of juice. Dr. Oz will be talking about whole foods you could eat that will give you the same benefits as juicing does.

Joan Lunden was a Good Morning America co-anchor from 1980-97 and the author of many books. The story of her struggle with breast cancer has inspired many in their own struggles with the devastating disease. Now, she’s coming by Dr. Oz to meet the women she’s inspired face to face in a special Dr. Oz segment. You won’t want to miss this heartwarming episode!
