Dr Oz Preview December 12 2012
I have to admit, I am fascinated by medical shows. I love to follow along while watching medical mysteries and see if I can solve the clues before the conclusion when the outcome is revealed. I also find it very interesting to see what we can learn by examining the remains of a person who has died.
Now, I am not saying I want to visit a morgue, but if what they learn there can help keep me healthy and offer important information about medical conditions, then I am eager to hear what they learn. On the next Dr. Oz show, Dr. G: Lifesaving Secrets of a Medical Examiner, Dr. Jan Garavagia will be there to share some of the biggest clues you can learn from the morgue.
She and Doctor Oz will also reveal some of the most intriguing medical mysteries and warning signs that could save your life or the life of someone you know. Dr. Oz says that there are many clues we could be paying attention while we are alive to keep from ending on a medical examiner’s gurney.
Dr Oz: The Truth About Soy
There so much information out there when it comes to soy and whether it is good for us or not. One expert might say we should eat little to no soy, while another might say eating as much soy as you want is perfectly safe and healthy. Well, Dr. Oz is going to set the record straight with the help of his guest, Dietitian Kristin Kirkpatrick.
Kristin recently visited the Dr. Oz show when she took part in the discussion about the controversial diet craze, Sensa. In this episode she and Dr. Oz will reveal whether soy is actually good or bad and answer all of the questions you have about this food that is often the cause of much debate.
