Dr. Oz covered a lot of ground on his show today. He began with medical examiner Dr. G who shared some her best mystery solving tips when she brought along some cases from her personal files, including one for a woman who died from a blood clot, another who bled to death, and a final case of a woman who died suddenly due to high blood pressure complications. Doctor Oz then welcomed dietician Kristin Kirkpatrick to the show to set the record straight on soy as she shared some of the best food sources of the plant-based protein. Finally, Dr. Oz offered advice to stay healthy with holiday time savers during the busy holiday season.
