Dr Oz’s show on May 4, 2011 is called the Top Ten Daily Essentials. From a special protein power house to important supplements like Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D, Doctor Oz will talk about the most important things you have to do every day. One of the ten steps you must take to be healthy will involve getting rid of anything white or processed (no more sugar, white bread, white rice, etc.). Here are Dr Oz’s Top Ten Daily Essentials, but be sure to come back to wellbuzz.com on May 4, 2011 for further details on what Dr Oz says about each of these topics!
1. Sit Less, Move More
2. Eliminate Simple Sugars
3. Breathe and Stretch for 5 Minutes
4. Have Fun
5. Get at Least 7 Hours of Sleep
6. Supplement With A Bone-Boosting Cocktail (1000 IU of Vitamin D3, 600 mg Calcium and 400 mg Magnesium)
7. Take Half Multivitamin in the Morning and the Other Half at Night
8. Make Vegetables Half of All Your Meals
9. Check Your Poop
10. Eat a Hard-Boiled Egg
Dr Oz: Female Bladder
Dr Oz will also do a segment on the secrets of the Female Bladder. On a different show, Doctor Oz spoke about the difference between Men’s Bladders and Women’s Bladders (click here to read the recap of that show: Dr Oz Why Do Women Always Have To Pee?). So I wonder what other secrets there are behind the Female Bladder. Dr Oz also mentioned that women are ten times more likely to get Painful Bladder Syndrome or Interstitial Cystitis than men (Dr Oz Painful Bladder Syndrome), so there clearly are quite a few differences between a Man’s Bladder and a Woman’s Bladder!
Dr Oz: Black Foods
Dr Oz will also talk about Black Foods, which are the new green apparently! I cannot think of too many food that are actually black… except for things like licorice which I doubt that Doctor Oz will talk about! It will be interesting to hear which Black Foods are the latest and greatest things to add to our diets.
Dr Oz: Pet Cures
Doctor Oz’s Show will also include a segment on surprising cures for your pets. Dr Oz has been doing more and more segments lately on our Pet’s Health. Here are a few other pet shows that he has done: Dr Oz: Dog Pedometer, Dog Yoga & Dog Food Puzzles, Dr Oz: Is Kissing Your Dog Safe? and Dr Oz: Pet Allergies.
Don’t forget to come back to wellbuzz.com on May 4 2011 to read a full recap of everything Dr Oz talks about on this show!
