Dr Oz and Dr Rosser then turned to Jamie who drinks four cups of coffee a day and admitted she suffers from severe heartburn. Fortunately, Dr Rosser had a delicious shake recipe that contained aloe vera juice because it heals and is alkaline enough to stop what’s going to come. Additionally, bananas are a great health food to include in your daily diet. Don’t worry, you won’t go hungry though, because the shake includes almond butter and a date for sweetness.
However, don’t consume more than two shakes per day. For Dr Rosser’s energy shake recipe, continue on to the next page…

At the end of the two weeks, you don’t want to go back to your old ways. Instead, carry a coconut water chaser with you wherever you go because it works to counteract the acid as an alkaline food.
