Dr Oz: Blueberries Fight Alzheimer’s Disease
The next food you’ll want to much on is blueberries. Dr Richard Isaacson reported that eating just 1/2 cup of blueberries twice a week can delay cognitive decline by over two years in women. A cutting-edge study showed that you can take a blueberry powder pill for six weeks, that is the equivalent of one pound of blueberries, and see an improvement in memory, verbal communication skills, and the ability to form concepts.

Max came up with a unique way to enjoy blueberries. He called them Blueberry Yogurt Bites and used grass-fed, full-fat yogurt in an ice cube tray and added blueberries to each square. He then froze the tray before popping them out to enjoy.
