Dr. Oz: Angie Martinez Healthy Latin Eating

Dr. Oz welcomed radio star Angie Martinez to his show, who made a delicious Watermelon Gazpacho recipe from her new cookbook ‘Healthy Latin Eating.’ (mynameisharsha / flickr)
Radio star Angie Martinez came by Dr. Oz to talk about her first cookbook Healthy Latin Eating. She shared some great recipes from the book, including this sweet and spicy Watermelon Gazpacho. Traditional gazpacho is made with bread and doesn’t come with watermelon. But this version skips the bread and adds the watermelon, which helps clean out your arteries and adds some nice vitamin C and vitamin A to your diet. This recipe will make you sweat while still hydrating you and tasting fresh!
Check out my attempt to reproduce the recipe below! Also be sure to get Angie’s recipe for Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Jalapeno Marinade.
