Dr Oz: Healthier French Fries
Dr Oz was sharing his healthier recipes for traditional french fries, including turnip disco fries. While those didn’t exactly go over well with his taste-testers, the baked polenta fries did! The baked polenta fries were 200 calories less than traditional french fries! Lastly, they shared crispy carrot fries that are only 77 calories per serving.
