Dr Oz: Plant-Based Meal Ideas
The 21 Weight Loss Breakthrough is based on plant-based protein but a lot of viewers were skeptical about making delicious meals without any meat. Dr Oz asked a member of his Bite Club, Whitney, to join him on the show to show how you can make plant-based protein taste good. Whitney has lost 5 pounds so far and said it hasn’t been hard for her at all.
First, Whitney shared a plant-based protein you can make with beans. She used garbanzo beans to make a beet bean chili. You can find that tasty recipe on the next page.
