These seeds make for a delicious snack, but did you know that they were high in protein too? Dolvett says to eat 1 C of these seeds per week for muscle. They’re also high in magnesium. Carry them in your purse or keep in your desk for a quick and easy snack.

Remember, seeds are BAD for people with Diverticulitis or diverticulosis. Did Dr. OZ mention this? Perhaps bringing the seeds would be better if you have these problems. By the way Dr. OZ what do you have to help with Diverticulitis or diverticulosis?

I can tell you how to make this recipe!
1. combine quinoa and chicken broth in a saucepan over heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed. set aside.
2. meanwhile grill chicken on bbq.
3. Move quinoa to a large bowl. Dice tomatoes, garlic and celery, and add to bowl. chop basil and mint, and add to bowl.
4. add olive oil and mix until combined.
5. chop up chicken and place on top of salad.
Enjoy!
