We all know that water is good for us, but sometimes it can be boring. Dr Oz took note of the Infused Water craze that is popular online and invited health and wellness coach Carron Coleman, The Holistic Honey, to share her best ideas with Dr Oz’s audience.
When you buy infused water at the store, it can be loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients, Coleman said. But you can truly make it your own and keep things healthy when you do it yourself.
Dr Oz: Citrus Sensation Infused Water Recipe
One woman said that she needs a solution to her bloating, which is aggravated by drinking soda. Coleman told Dr Oz that carbonated water and alcohol can make these problems worse. She shared her Citrus Sensation Recipe.

- 2 Lemons
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 3 quarts Water
- 11 Mint Leaves

Dr Oz said these ingredients are high in Vitamin C, which makes the hormone that relaxes us.
