Dr Oz: Total 10 Detox
Dr Oz recently announced his Total 10 Weight Loss Plan, and though there is already a lot of interest, some people may not be ready to get started quite yet. If that sounds like you, Dr. Oz created a three-day detox using three simple recipes: a Chia Seed Breakfast Smoothie, a Broccoli Soup and a Curried Carrot Soup. It’s meant to help prepare you and your body for the Total 10 program.
