Dr Oz said that if you are trying to lose weight but dreaming of Fast Food and the Drive-Thru Window, then these recipes are for you! Devin Alexander said that she lost 70 pounds and has kept it off for close to 20 years, so you can have cravings and satisfy them while losing weight!
Dr Oz Waffle Sandwich Recipe
Devin Alexander first spoke about a Diet Waffle Sandwich Recipe. Usually, a Waffle Sandwich is stuffed with bacon and eggs, but it has 550 calories. If you use whole-grain waffles instead, and stuff them with natural peanut butter and banana slices, then you cut it down to 257 calories! Alexander made sure to point out to use natural peanut butter and not the low fat peanut butter, because the low-fat type is always full of extra sugar. Dr Oz Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe
Doctor Oz then asked his guest what she is most tempted by at the drive-thru window, and she said a jalapeno burger.
