Dr. Oz: Rich Landau Grilled Tofu Steak Recipe

Dr. Oz: Rich Landau Grilled Tofu Steak Recipe Ingredients
Marinade & Tofu Ingredients
- 16 Ounce Block Tofu Cut into 3 Equal Slabs
- 1/4 Cup Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
- 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Toasted Sesame Oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Kochujang Red Chile Bean Paste
- 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger (Grated)
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Water
Rich Landau: Dr. Oz Grilled Tofu Steak Recipe Directions
- Stir together the soy sauce, canola oil, white pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl for the marinade.
- Add the tofu to a baking dish and pour that marinade on top. Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to high.
- Blend together the red chile bean paste, white pepper, ginger, clove, sugar, and water for a nice sauce.
- Grill the tofu on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes, until a nice golden brown. Brush the tofu with the sauce mixture. Let it sink in for a minute.
- Remove tofu from the grill and serve with rice or quinoa.
- Enjoy!
