Dr Oz: Healthier French Fries
Dr Oz was joined by three food truck bloggers who travel everywhere tasting food and writing about it. All three agree that nothing tastes as good as a french fry. Dr Oz wanted to put their taste buds to the test, showing that he made french fries using carrots, polenta, and turnips. He brought in twins Judy and Joy, who love to turn unhealthy foods into healthier, just as delicious, foods.
First, they made Turnip Disco Fries, using no fat and no flour. That recipe is 471 calories less than traditional disco fries! To get the recipe for these decadent but healthy “french fries” click next page.
