Dr Oz: Health Benefits Of Sangria
Dr Oz said that in theory, Sangria is a great idea for a holiday drink because it can be budget-friendly, but sometimes it can be a drink packed with unhealthy hidden sugar. A set of twins joined Dr Oz and said they love sangria because it tastes good, and Dr Oz likes it because it contains wine which has resveratrol, fruit that has antioxidants, citrus that contains vitamin C, and juice which hydrates you. It’s important, however, to do it right. The twins share their white and red sangrias, and you can find the magic ingredients by clicking next page!
