Dr Oz: Jennifer Lopez Berry Good Smoothie Recipe
Jennifer said she begins each day with this Berry Good Smoothie. Including the protein powder, it’s about 80 calories. Protein is important for women, especially as they age, according to Jennifer.
- 1 scoop BodyLab TastyShake Chocolate Protein Powder (or use Vanilla)
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 cups Strawberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Puree to your desired consistency and drink immediately.
Dr Oz: Jennifer Lopez Thriller ‘The Boy Next Door’
Jennifer Lopez had a lot of work to do to get in top shape for her role in the new thriller film The Boy Next Door. She said that she knew she would have to do a love scene opposite a 24-year-old, and she wanted to look her best.
Jennifer’s character in The Boy Next Door is a single mother who becomes entangled with a teenager and cannot seem to find her way out of the scenario. It opened in theaters on January 23, 2015.

What advice would J.Lo give to someone starting out in their career? She said that extra work is a huge key to success. Those who are willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes are the ones who make it far in business, according to the superstar.
Personal success for Jennifer is about happiness. She said you have to love yourself and feel complete on your own as a starting point. It’s work, but she makes sure to create time for exercise, eating well, and daily affirmations because she prioritizes and loves herself.
Lopez can also be seen each week as a judge on the Fox music competition American Idol, and she said she thinks her time on the show has helped to dispel the myth that she is a diva.
