Libra rules the lower back. If you were born between September 23 and October 22, Dr. Oz said that you’re a Libra and likely give too much to others. Metaphorically, you tend to bend over backward instead of not putting enough care into your own life, resulting in a sore lower back. Dr Oz: Scorpio Health Horoscope
Dr. Oz said that Scorpio rules the sacral center and is the sign of rebirth and regeneration. If you were born between October 23 and November 21, you’re a Scorpio. Astrologers believe Scorpios can be at risk for holding onto past relationships or experiences. That refusal to move forward can create problems.
Sagittarius Health Horoscope
Sagittarius is the centaur: half man and half horse. If you were born between November 22 and December 21, you’re a Sagittarius. Dr. Oz said that the man and horse meet at the hips, the center of balance and astrologers believe Sagittarius will be at risk for sciatic or loose or tight hips.
Dr Oz: Capricorn Health Horoscope
If you were born between December 22 and January 19, you’re a Capricorn. Capricorn, according to astrologist Rebecca Gordon, is generally the most determined, pragmatic sign. Capricorns tend to feel a great sense of responsibility to do everything for the greater good, often neglecting themselves. That stress and tension gathers in the knees, resulting in various knee-related health problems.
Dr Oz: Knee Strengthening Yoga Warrior Pose
To strengthen the knee, you need to strengthen the muscles around the knee. It’s called warrior two pose. Put one foot forward and put the other foot back at about a 45-degree angle. Position your torso right above your hips and hold your arms straight out in front and back to balance yourself. The posers meant to help you center yourself, as you take five deep breaths.
Dr Oz: Aquarius Health Horoscope
Aquarius, the ankles, represents our individuality and our ability to stand up for ourselves. If you were born between January 20 and February 18. Dr. Oz said that Aquarius’ tend to be inventive, eccentric, and humanitarian. Strong ankles are key.
Pisces Health Horoscope
Finally if you’re a Pisces, Dr. Oz said that you have the feet of a fish. You’re a Pisces if you were born between February 19 and March 20. Pisces tend to be transcendent and artistic. The feet represent our connection as spiritual beings to the earth, the material world. When the Pisces is challenged in any of us, we can begin to experience problems with our feet.

Dr Oz: Leo Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Dr. Oz said that no matter what your zodiac sign is, there are things you can do to rejuvenate your body from the inside out. First is the Leo Smoothie Bowl, named as such because it contains all the citrus fruits. To make the smoothie bowl, combine the following ingredients:
- 1/3 C rolled oats
- 1/3 C coconut yogurt
- 1/4 grapefruit
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 orange
Then top with walnuts, coconut flakes, banana, honey, grapefruit, or orange.
Dr Oz: Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt & Milk Bath
