Dr Oz: Mile High Pizza Pie Recipe
Kelly, an audience member, told Dr Oz it was hard to manage her calories. She loved eating calories more than counting them and she was obsessed.

Ingredients:
Whole-wheat tortilla
2 sliced portabella mushrooms
1 eggplant (cut into 2 large slices)
¼ C canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 C steamed spinach
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 °F
Toast tortilla (until crispy)
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray
Place eggplant and mushroom slices on the baking sheet
Cook for 20-minutes (or until slightly soft)
Steam spinach
Combine canned tomatoes and garlic in a small bowl
Mix well and set aside
To Stack:
Stack 1 eggplant slice on top of tortilla base
Evenly spread the tomato mixture over the eggplant slices
Sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese
Pile high with spinach (use as much as you like)
Add portabella mushroom
Continue stacking remaining ingredients
Bake for 10 minutes (or until cheese melts)
Dr Oz: Strawberry Banana Parfait Recipe
190 calories per serving
Ingredients:
3 slices angel food cake
16 oz strawberry Greek yogurt
1 ½ bananas
1/3 C orange juice
Directions:
Mix the bananas with orange juice in a bowl
Layer half of the cake cubes in four dessert dishes
Top with half of the bananas and yogurt
Repeat layering
(Don’t forget to leave some bananas for the top!)
