Dr. Oz: Benefits of Peanuts
Dr. Oz talked about benefits of peanuts on his show. Peanuts can lower the risk of heart disease and Dr. Oz said we should eat 20 peanuts at least three times a week. He even handed bags of peanuts out to his audience members.
Dr. Oz spotlighted a place in New York City called Peanut Butter & Co., which is known for all-natural peanut butter and menu items like peanut butter banana soy milk smoothies, ants on a log, and a sandwich with peanut butter, pineapple, and grilled chicken.
