Dr Oz: What’s Killing Your Concentration? Brain Fog
Dr Oz wondered if you have suffered from Brain Fog recently or can’t seem to finish what you start. To figure out what kills our concentration, Dr Oz called on an Assistant of the Day to help him.
Dr Oz: Declining Estrogen Levels
Dr Oz’s assistant said that she knows brain fog all too well. She might forget why she entered a room or who she was about to call on the phone. But many people aren’t sure why they have these symptoms.

Your brain fog could be coming from a surprising source: declining Estrogen levels. Find out about the exercises and foods Dr Oz suggested looking into.
The good news is there could be a surprising hidden reason this happens to women, and it can be fixed. The answer may be Declining Estrogen Levels. You may not expect this to be a problem in your 30s or 40s, before Menopause.
But Dr Oz showed a graph of Estrogen and age. Starting in your 30s and continuing into your 40s and 50s, your Estrogen will begin to drop.

Dr Oz: Estrogen and the Brain
So why does one affect the other? Estrogen is important for reproduction, but why is it connected to mood, concentration, and focus? It is easier for the body to push Estrogen to the brain at a younger age.
However, in the 30s, it is harder for Estrogen to make its way to the brain. It’s more difficult with each passing year, and then you start feeling that fog and other symptoms.
Dr Oz: Yoga Poses To Boost Estrogen
This has been an ongoing problem for years, and one study found that particular Yoga poses could help to make a meaningful difference.
Dr Oz: Cobra Pose
Lie on your stomach and push the front of your body up to stretch. This is one of the poses that can improve Estrogen flow.
Dr Oz: Yams & Pistachios for Estrogen
